The operating system should watermark everything Claude creates, the compiler should watermark every binary we build.\n\nAnd eventually Claude or Anthropic should open source everything so that one can tell what exactly Claude did\n\nThey are tools and infrastructure, so is Claude.\n\nThe final output comes from countless prompts, thoughts, instructions, decisions, corrections, subscription fee and refinement and what not. The model helped execute that process, if Claude wants to provide provenance, fine.
