"transcript": "Based on the paper it seems like we’re hitting milestones that happen in 2027 in 2026 and much of what’s in 2026 happened already.\n\nCurious if anyone else feels that way or can challenge me on my belief? From a capability perspective in Ai 2027 to today it seems to match around April 2027 which points to early 2027 for AGI or late this year. ASI would likely happen early to mid next year.\n\n\n\n--- Top Comments ---\n\n\n[151 upvotes] AI 2027 was published on April 3, 2025. From every prediction that should have happened by now, 19/24 have already happened.\n\n[55 upvotes] I think we are currently at 0.70x the expected pace https://ai2027-tracker.com/. But considering that this only uses publicly available data (not internal models), we are probably closer to 0.80x or 0.85x in reality.\n\n[39 upvotes] Pretty much on track but some things are different. China has made faster progress than projected, and also the government is stepping in with heavier hands than projected. But capability-wise I believe we're on track as projected. ",
