  "transcript": "Hi, welcome back. In this session, we\nare going to understand the concept of\nthe key influencer, decomposition, tree,\ncosineer and narrative. But let me\nremind you about that all the previous\nsessions are very important with respect\nto the understanding of the\nvisualization and power query editor. So\nyou need to just come to the YouTube\nsearch me on Fadus and CS come to the\nchannel there's a playlist a lot of the\nvideos are there you can watch with\nthese and the related uh content\nmaterial which is used inside this video\nare available on my blog fadus\ncsbaspot.com you can freely download the\nmaterial and you can use so what are you\nwaiting for do subscribe the channel to\nget alert about that what is going on in\nthe field of the artificial intelligence\nand computer so I am now uh using the\nfirst key influencer but uh the data set\nwhich I just use is a very custom type\nokay there's ID region product sales\nreport with respect to the unit sold\nmarketing revenue so this data set I\nused to make you understand about that\nhow the key uh influencer and the\ndecomposition tree work okay this is a\nvery uh basic type of the 20 number of\nthe raw data okay uh I just already\nimported here by the way so I'm just\nclick on the key influencer and you\nclick on it it will here so first uh the\nthing is that why I use this key\ninfluencer here uh the key influencer is\nactually a AI visual. Okay, if you go to\nthe insert tool here, you can see that\nthe phone number of the tool which I am\ngoing to understand in this session,\nit's called a AI visual which mean that\nbased on this uh AI uh or key\ninfluencer, you can analyze your data.\nOkay, which mean that the dependent\nvariable are how many other independent\nuh other independent variables are there\nwho is just influenced on this dependent\ndata. Okay. So for example in this data\nI want to analyze that revenue with\nrespect to the other column. So I just\ndrop the revenue here. Okay. I want to\nanalyze it with respect to the explained\nby what? Explained by for example the\nmarketing strategies. Okay. The month,\nthe product, the promotion and the\nregion. Okay. And including the units\nsold for example. So these all are the\ndifferent numbers of the columns. Okay.\nThat behave as like a independent\nvariable. Whereas the revenue which I'm\ngoing to analyze it, it's called a\ndependent variable. So what the key\ninfluencer do here, it will analyze the\nrevenue with respect to the explained by\ncolumn which you are just added here and\nit will just give you what is the right\ncolumn in which you need to do more work\nfor the increasing the revenue. Okay, if\nyou want to do to see the decreasing the\nrevenue, so it will also analyze it. You\nneed to work on the marketing speed.\nOkay, there is a marketing uh columns\nare there. marketing spend which mean so\nyou need to work on it to decrease the\nrevenue and if you want to increase it\nyou can just work on the product in the\nlaptop okay here you can see that it's a\n7K whereas the sum of the marketing\nspend is 3.39 and there is a graph it's\ngraph analyze that marketing spend with\nrespect to the average of revenue and\ndifferent number of the columns it\nanalyze and that is a best number of the\ncolumn which just analyze this specific\nkey influencer column okay so that is\none of the AI visual not only this thing\nuh when you click on the top segment it\nwill also analyze the data into in a\nform of the graph. Okay, but this time\nthe revenue is more likely to be not\nshowing in a high or low. So I'm just\ndecreasing the number of the column.\nOkay, maybe based on the decreasing the\nnumber of the column it will show the\nbetter visualization. Okay, uh note\nhere. Okay, I'm just moving another\nnumber of the column. Okay. So here you\ncan see that when I just add two, so the\npower chart is very accurately showing\nup and the product in laptop is need to\nanalyze audit. Okay. The product is a\ngood one here with respect to the\npromotion. So I just explained by only\none and top segment is not is still not\nshowing. Okay, no problem. I'm just\ngoing to add another column. Okay, here\nit is. You can see that I'm just uh\nchange the values. Uh you can see that\nproduct marketing spend and the customer\nsatisfaction. Okay. Uh so this is the\nnumeric values that why submission sign\nis there and here you can see that still\nthe product column is the more need to\nwork on it to analyze and increase the\nrevenue. When you click on the top\nsegment it will show the average of\nrevenue and population and that is a\nsegmented data which mean it hold the\nvalues and segmented formats will show\nyou okay to understand uh which column\nis uh very important here with respect\nto the visualization. There's a concept\nof the statistic correlation and\ncovariance that is also related to this\none. But this time we are just analyzing\nthe AI tool to understand which column\nis the best one to work to uh increase\nthe revenue with respect to the existing\ncolumn. Uh so that's the first one. Uh\nwhereas when you go to the uh visual so\nthere is a title options is also there.\nOkay the title are there you can analyze\nit with respect to the continuous or\ncategorical value. So this time the\ncategorical values is not supporting in\nthis column. By the way, uh you can also\nwrite the count. Okay, you can see that\nthe count values is there uh bubble\nvisual. Okay, there's the colors. You\ncan change the color. There's the\ncharts. You can also change the charts\nof the color whatever the colors you\nwant. Okay, the properties almost the\nsame properties are there. So, I'm just\nback to the report and this is the key\ninfluencer. It's ready. Now, the next\none, the next one, if you go here and\nthere is a decomposition tree. Okay,\nthat's a very important thing. By the\nway, I just click on the focus mode. uh\nthe same uh analyzing is there when you\nclick on it. I need to analyze the\nrevenue with respect to the expend by\nexpend by uh for example units sold\nmarket marketing spend customer\nsatisfaction and the region okay this\nnumber of the columns I'm used okay\nthree number of the columns I used here\nand after that look at here I'm just\ngoing to zoom this is the sum of the\nrevenue which mean analyzing person uh\nanalyzing column when you click on the\nplus sign it will show in a high value\nyou want to show expand this one in a\nlow value or whatever the uh different\nnumber of the columns you have used in\nthis manner. For example, I just click\non the high value. When you click, it\nwill show the customer satisfaction\ncolumn in a high to low. Okay. When you\nclick on the first one, it will show the\nsame option in a high value. Yes. The\nsecond region column is going to add\nfrom high to low. Similarly, I just\nclick on the low to low values. Okay. It\nwill show marketing spend with respect\nto the low to high. Look at the arrow\nkey is just expanding here. It's a low\nvalue. And similarly you can see that\nthe low and unit sort. So I'm just click\non the unit sold instead of the unit\nsold I'm just click on the high. So it\nwill show the same one but how many\nvalues are there it will expand. So here\nyou can see that the second\ndecomposition tree actually is showing\nthat how your data is decomposed in a\nascending form or the descending form.\nOkay. Uh the revenue is increasing with\nrespect to the different columns. Okay.\nNot only this thing when you click on it\nso it will parallely changing the value.\nLook at this. It will parallely changing\nthe value. So I can easily analyze that\nwhat is the right column values I need\nto work on it to increase for example I\nwant to increase the revenue of the\nninth customer satisfaction with respect\nto the south. So I need to work on this\nvalue. Okay same for this one same for\nthis one same for this one. So this AI\ntool make you able to understand that\nthe analyzing of the data in a\nbackground with respect to the\nvisualization. Okay. So I just click on\nthe format here. You can see that almost\nthe same format. Uh absolute values or\nrelative values you can use with respect\nto the statistical concept. The tree are\nthere. You can change the density of the\ntree is sparse tree. Okay. Uh similarly\nyou can default size you can use\ncollapse form or in a filter or hide\nbars colors are there. You can change\nthe bar maximum parent node whatever the\nsize you can you use here. It's up to\nyou. The colors you can change it. Uh\nthe conditional formatting is also\nthere. By the way, we will understand\nthe conditional formatting in the\nprevious to previous sessions if you uh\nwatching the all the uh videos from the\nplaylist. So you understand that the\nwhat is the conditional formatting?\nWell, the property is all also the same\nas we discussed. Okay. So that's all\nabout the uh decomposition tree to\nanalyze the data in such a manner uh\nwhich we have seen. So I just back this\none. Okay. and just\nset the value. Now I just uh decrease\nthe size to make you understand the\nother option as well. So I'm just move\nthis one like therea\nlike here. Now the next thing in a\nvisualization\nis called a question answer. Okay, I'm\njust adding one more pager to better\nunderstanding and visualization. What is\na question answer? Question answer is\nalso another AI tool that's uh create\nthe uh different kind of the graphs\ncards uh and different kind of the\nvisualization with respect to the\nprompt. Okay, you need to write a prompt\nand it will analyze the prompt and will\ncreate that uh type of the graph with\nrespect to the existing column and\nprompt. For example, for example, look\nat here uh I'm using the sheet one data\nand I want to show a graph a bar chart\nwith respect to the profit and country.\nLook at that. Create\na bar chart. Bar chart\nby\ncountry and\nprofit\ncolumn. Okay, I need to just click here\nand after that I just click enter. And\nwhen I just press enter, yeah, the graph\nis ready here. Look at that. Okay. Uh if\nyou want a permanent part of this graph\ninto your dashboard so you need to just\nclick this one turn this question answer\ninto a standard visual when you click on\nit this graph will be the permanent part\nof your dashboard okay not only this\nthing I'm just going to add questions\nmore if you want to create a cards look\nat this huh I need to create a cards uh\nshow the average value of average Value\nof units sold\nunit\nsold units\nsold\nin ascard scar let's see look at here\nthe card is ready I just click and\npermanent with the part so this AI tool\nthe question answer is normally used to\nanalyze the data with respect to the\nprompt and when you write a right format\nof the prompt This data will be the\npermanent part of your dashboard and\nthat is normally used in a versatile\nform on the dashboard when there is some\ncustom questions come from the audience.\nSo you can directly write and make a\ncustom form of the visualization on a\ncurrent on the current time to analyze\nthe data if there is existing one is\nmissing uh with respect to your data.\nOkay. And the last one for this session\nis all about the narrative. Okay. When I\njust click on the narrative. So what is\na narrative? A narrative is one of the\nAI tool uh that is explain okay uh\nwhatever the graph you have right uh\nthere uh draw there and if you want to\nexplain by AI tool so narrative will be\nthe right choice okay uh if you use a\nco-pilot which mean that you embedded a\nco-pilot in your uh powerbi so it is a\ngood choice you need to just click and a\nco-pilot will analyze the type of the\ngraph which you have selected and uh and\nit's in a writing format it's explain\nbut this time I'm using a custom one so\nwhen I just click this bar chart and\nclick on this custom. First click on the\nbar chart and after that in the\nnarrative I just click on the custom and\nwhen I just click on the custom the\nnarrative will understand by the EI tool\nwill understand that how bar chart work\nhere. Okay. And it will explain by how\nthe bar chart is uh working here uh with\nrespect to the different number of the\ncolumns and how many ratio are there\nwith respect to the countries and so on.\nOkay. So this is the understanding tool\nof and whatever the changes you are\ngoing to click on it. It will analyze\nevery time. it will analyze every time.\nLook at there. I'm just clicking\nwhatever the graph it will analyze and\nit will explain in a text. Okay. So\nthat's all about the uh session in which\nwe understand that how the\nkey influencer decomposition tree co\nanswer and the narrative work.
