  "transcript": "Hello and welcome to the PowerBI course.\nIn this session, we are going to discuss\nabout the tole button. How we can make a\ntoggle button using a trick because\nthere is no option of tole button\nvisualization here. So, we will use a\ntrick of bookmark to make it as\npossible. But how the tole button look\nlike? It is look like this one which is\nnormally used to tackle the binary\noutcome 01 true false on and off\noptions. So, okay. So we create this one\nand after that we will use this one to\nenable for the visualization and disable\nfor the visualization. Okay, let's see\nhow the first thing is that I just\ncreate the first project in a PowerBI\nusing a sample data. So I just click on\nthe sample data and I just used the\nfinancial data. I just click and click\non the load. It will take few second and\nit's now under the data option. Okay.\nNow the next thing is that under the\nview tab here you can see that the\nbookmark which I just already click on\nit by the way. So here is a bookmark\noption and I just add two bookmark I\njust zoom it to show you under the view\ntab there is a bookmark I just add it\nhere is a bookmark and this option is\nshowing based on the version uh it's\nview are possibly changed to not showing\non the right corner but it should\nconsider at the uh level of hair. Okay,\nthat's it. I'm just going to add two\nbookmark. I just click add. Double click\non it to rename it. I just write here to\non one more and I just name it to off\nto off. That's it. I just zoom out.\nOkay. And press enter. Twogle is added\nhere. And after that I go to the insert\nand there is a buttons. And inside the\nbuttons there is a navigator and there\nis a bookmark navigator. I'm going to\nzoom. Okay. The button navigator\nbookmark navigator. I just click on it.\nWhen you click the two navigator button\nis added there. Okay. You can see that\nthe two button navigator. Now uh the\nfirst thing is that the another thing by\nthe way the first thing is I just added\nthe two buttons here. I need to just uh\nconvert this tole button in in a form of\nthe circle a circle of this white color\nas like this to make possible to rotate\nfrom left to right or right to left.\nOkay. To do this there is the\nuni code character. This is a uni code\ncharacter 224.\nThat's a big uh filled black color\ncircle is a uni code character. So I\njust copy from this here. Okay. This is\na website by the way uh\nuniodeplass.com/up\nplus2b24. I use this one. Okay. Now uh\njust click on the toggle button three\ndot and three dot click and just convert\ninto a group. You can see that there is\na group option. Just click on the off\nthen on and three dot there is a group.\nMake it group. Inside the group double\nclick on it to on and just replace by\nthis sign. And after that double click\non the group option and then name it the\nsame\ntoggle on. So what is the purpose of the\ngrouping? Actually if you have a\ndifferent number of the bookmark so you\ncan group it in a one number or one\nname. So this time I just make a tole on\nas a name of group and inside it there\nis a bullet is a circle because I cannot\nrename it the circle. So I just want to\nshow up this circle inside the toggle\nbutton. So that's why I just group it. I\njust back here and press enter. It's\nokay now. Okay. Just click on this\nbullet of the circle. You can see that.\nAnd after that go to the properties. And\nunder the properties. Okay. You can see\nthat uh there is a shape options. There\nis a style options.\nNow what uh we go next? We go to the\nproperties and under the properties\nshape style is already there. But the\nlast one is a bookmark. Go to the\nbookmark. There is a bookmark allow\ndeselection. Make it on. And after that\nselect the toggle off because there is a\nthree option. None. I I'm not selecting\nanything but there is a two more uh\ntoggle off and the circle. I just click\non the tole off. So when I just click\ntoggle off, toggle off only one button\nis showing a tole button. You can see\nthat only a single button. Zoom out to\nshow you. Okay. Why? because I want the\nsame one to p buttons to move this\ncircle that's why I just make it off go\nto the style and there are very\nimportant feature under the style this\nfour okay the first one is default how\nit's look alike by default so I just\nclick remain on the default change the\ntext uh the font of this circle uh which\nmeans size I just name a 30 okay after\nthat the color is black here make it on\nthe right hand uh left side corner\nOkay. And then fill color is still\nwhite. Okay. And the border is black.\nOkay. So you can just uh increase the\nwidth if you want. By the way, black,\nwhite, black, black is a text color.\nWhite is a fill color and black is also\nthe border color. After that, change it\ninto a hover. Okay. But uh it is a good\none to decrease the size of this button.\nSo if I zoom out of this tole button\nhere and just change the size like this\none that's good for us. Okay, this is\nthe shape of this button. Go to the\nshape. There is a rectangle convert into\na rounded rectangle and just increase\nthe corner radius as like this. Okay,\nyou can see that it's just moving the\nradius. Here it is. Uh that's a very big\nuh rounded rectangle.\nYep. Just uh a little better values is\nmore\notherwise the my circle color is moving\nup.\nSo I just set on the 27th otherwise the\nboundary is very uh difficult for\nmanaging. So if I just zoom to show you,\nyou can see that the corner is bent.\nOkay, that's a good one in the\nvisualization. Select it again. After\nthis one, applying under the style tag\nthe default I set. But what about the\nhover? On the hover, the same style will\nbe there. Okay. On the hover, I say that\nthe same uh on the left side, yes, the\ncolor will be white because I choose\nblack, white and black. So, there is a\nblack haz. That's good. Now, there's\nanother one. It's called a pressed.\nWhich means that when you press it, how\nit's behave? When you pressed, okay, uh\nit will remain same on the left side.\nOkay. And the mid level uh color will be\nwhite is still and black border. But the\nfourth one is very important. Now when I\nselect which mean that when I select\nsomething its values are going to\nchange. Okay. Which mean that it color\nwill remain uh white size will be 30 but\nit will moving from left to right side\nwhen I just select this one. Okay. And\nafter that the fill color is still there\nand this border color is still the same\none. Okay, let's try. I just click here,\nhold the control button, click on it.\nYou can see that when I click it, it's\nto moving. By the way, the color I\ndidn't change the background when I just\nmove it. So I will change into the black\nas well. So you can see that toggle is\nmoving here and the circle is also\nmoving. Okay. So the default one here go\nto the click on it again and here you\ncan see that under the style it's\nselected as white it's selected is still\nblack okay because black white black\nblack white and black okay we use this\nlogic here on the selected let's see\nhold the control button and it's work\nproperly okay if you want to change the\nsize of this circle you can also change\nyou can change the size of this bullet\nas well. It's up to you. Okay. So, my\ntoggle button is ready here. That's\ngood. So, I just minimize this one. Set\nthe toggle button wherever you want.\nYep, there's a tole. I just zoom it.\nThat's good. The tole button is ready.\nNow, I'm going to use the visualize my\ndata using a a financial data set. Okay.\nI just click on the white background. Uh\nclick for example the bar. Okay. this\nbar and I'm going to show my data of\ncountries in x-axis by my profit here it\nis or you can say that the profit in\nx-axis and country on the y-axis okay\nthat's a properly showing all the data\nthis is one graph and after that the\nanother graph I'm going to show the\ntable okay I just select the table here\nand I'm going to show the countries\nprofit\nand air these three values I'm going to\nshow here okay I just set the table here\nand all thing is ready now I want to\njust off it okay on and off it to just\nchange for example I want to show this\none on on and this one for off okay this\nis a two-way so just make it enable to\ndisplay this one or disable to this one\nokay how I just go to the view tab there\nis one of the option You can see that\nokay there is a selection you can see\nthat there is option of selection is\nalso there and when you click it will\nshow here so it will show how many uh\ngraphs are there by the name there is a\ntable there is a sum of the product okay\nwhen you click on it so it will show\nthis is a this graph and this is a\nbookmark navigator okay the navigator\nare there so the thing is that uh there\nis the bookmark I just open here just\nhide this\nI just click on this one which mean that\nmy bullet okay this is a bullet here and\nunder this bullet which mean that when\nmy tool is move on the right hand side I\nwant to uh enable I want to show the\nthis graph but hide the table okay hide\nthe table and show this graph and after\nthat I just click here and update it\nlet's update now after that I just show\nall of them then I go to the toal and\nunder the toggle I want to show the\ntable but hide this graph and after that\nclick on this three dot of my tole and\nupdate it all done I just then off so I\njust on it I just off it on off on off\nso you can see that you can enable and\ndisable the visualization graph but if\nyou don't want to enable uh the buttons\njust this thing all values will which\nmean that the graph is showing here so\nit's all about the tole button logic A\nvideo is long here more than uh 11\nminutes but we understood the concept of\nhow we can add a tole button how we can\nmake the toggle button and after that we\ncan just enable and disable the\nvisualization using the selection and\nbookmark option.
